Not only does it increase the life of the playset but helps support your warranty as regular maintenance is expected over the playset lifetime. Summit Outlook playsets include a lifetime warranty for all above-ground wood components, rocket slides, powder-coated steel components, and hardware. All other components are covered by a 5-year warranty.
