8/05/2020 Update:

On August 5, 2020, Gorilla opened up for orders for 24 hours and have since suspended new orders. They do expect to have inventory this fall. We are extending the inventory in-stock date to October 1, 2020 but are expecting to have inventory available sooner. We will be adding updates as soon as they are available and we are committed to helping you get your playset as soon as possible. Thank you for your support of our small business.

5/19/2020 Update: 

Gorilla notified retailers (small business like ours to the big box retailers) that it has extended its temporary suspension of all new orders until August 2020 (exact date TBD).  The company also notified retailers that orders accepted prior to the last deadline of April 21, 2020 will not be shipped until at least August 1, 2020. Demand of playsets, production limitations, and protecting the health and safety of their employees has prompted Gorilla, PlayNation and Swing N Slide to halt new orders. We are doing all we can to help get you a playset as soon as possible. Please know we are looking forward to sharing in-stock inventory updates as every day we cannot sell has a huge impact on our small business. We are now accepting pre-orders!

Demand for playsets and other outdoor recreation structures such as basketball goals and trampolines is unprecedented right now. We are a small family-run business trying to help to make life a little easier in these difficult times. We know it is not much but we want to make sure you get a playset as soon as possible. We scrambled to make it possible and now Leisure Installation Services is accepting pre-orders for all playsets!

This is a unique time and we ask for your patience and understanding. Availability is subject change without notice due to demand, however, we will update you as we are provided information. If you are awaiting items already purchased before April 21, 2020 please read this message from Gorilla regarding manufacturing operations. 

Please note that only one playset (and installation) per transaction can be pre-order at this time.

It’s simple and easy! Just shop for your favorite playset and accessories. Put them into your cart and go to checkout. You have two options:

  1. Provide credit card or PayPal information so that the moment the items are available we can process your order. Your payment WILL NOT be taken until the order is submitted to Gorilla. or
  2. Select ‘Pay Later‘ and receive a link to complete your order when the item is in stock. Due to demand this may cause a delay in processing your order if the item goes out of stock before payment is received. 

Please know that we will make every effort to fulfill your order when inventory is released. Your order will be processed in the order it was received. If  your ordered is delayed past the expected in-stock date you can cancel it at anytime prior to shipment notification. 


Gorilla typically takes 7-10 business days to ship your playset but is currently experiencing delays of up to six weeks after an order has been received for processing. We do not know for certain but we are anticipating that Gorilla will be returning to normal lead times after mid-June. You will be notified of the anticipated shipping lead time when your order is processed after restocking. Please see Gorilla’s statement HERE regarding operations during COVID-19.
