Backyard Discovery warrants that this product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a five (5) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay.

Your playset comes with a factory sealant already applied. To increase the longevity of the wood and pigment add an extra layer of protection from wind, sun, and water damage with weather seal. Not only does it increase the life of the playset but helps support your warranty as regular maintenance is expected over the playset lifetime.
